Dinner after Garden of the Gods
Old Colorado City sits a few minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. If you spent the day on the trails or drove up Pikes Peak, we are on your way back into town.
- Garden of the Gods
Just north of the neighborhood. Come straight from the trailhead, hiking clothes are fine.
- Manitou Springs
Straight west on Colorado Avenue, which turns into Manitou Avenue at the town line.
- Pikes Peak
The highway starts in Cascade, up US 24, and the Cog Railway leaves from Manitou. Both routes come back down past Old Colorado City.
Heading down the mountain? Call and we will tell you the wait.
Call to bookHow dinner works here
Split oak, every night
We light the oak in the afternoon so the coals are ready by open. Steaks, chops and fish all cook over it. No gas grill.
Cooked to your temperature
Every steak rests before it leaves the kitchen. Ask and we slice it for the table.
The bar is first come
We never book the bar seats, so a dinner you decide on at 6 pm is still on the table.
Kids and hiking boots welcome
High chairs, a short kids list, and nobody minds a little trail dust.
